Warranty

All standard products manufactured by BOSTONtec, Inc. carry a five (5) year guarantee and Limited Warranty from the date of substantial completion to the original owner against defective material and workmanship. This is a warranty of replacement and repair only, whereby BOSTONtec, Inc. will correct defects in material and/or workmanship without charge.

BOSTONtec, Inc. specifically does not warrant any product or hardware that has been incorrectly installed, exposed to excessive loads, abused, or was not manufactured by BOSTONtec, Inc.

To enforce your rights under this warranty, you must give written notice to BOSTONtec, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the date of discovery of the defect. The address of BOSTONtec, Inc. for receipt of notices is as follows:

In no event shall BOSTONtec, Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use, installation, performance or failure of its products or of any of the hardware contained in or on its products.

This express limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties of BOSTONtec, Inc. with respect to the replacement and/or repair of any table, accessory or hardware.

All warranties implied by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly waived and disclaimed.

Products purchased by BOSTONtec, such as work surfaces, casters, motors and electrical fixtures are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.
