Product Description

Our custom shipping stations are strategically positioned opposite a put wall and alongside two levels of conveyors. Once an order in a designated bin within the put wall is complete, it is boxed and labeled at the shipping station. Depending on the size of the box, larger boxes are directed to the higher-level conveyor, while smaller boxes and packages are routed through an under-work-surface chute to the lower-level conveyor. This integration of sorting and conveying systems ensures a smooth transition from packaging to shipping. The custom shipping stations contribute significantly to reducing handling time, increasing throughput, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the order fulfillment process.
