Custom fixed-height pack station designed for loading bagged product into shipping cartons. The work surface is equipped with ball transfers for easy material handling. The carton sits at an angle on a tilted surface so operators can drop bags in without lifting against gravity at full height. Two operators can work the station from opposite angles, doubling throughput in the same footprint. The entire station is engineered around the specific weight, frequency, and motion profile of the operation.

A fixed configuration delivers precision around the carton tilt angle and reliable operation at consistent height, with the ergonomic benefits coming from the tilt rather than from height adjustment.
• Tilted work surface presents the carton at an optimal angle, allowing operators to drop bags in from a comfortable position without lifting against gravity at full height.
• Ball transfers built into the work surface allow heavy filled cartons to slide smoothly with minimal operator effort.
• After the carton is filled, the operator presses a button to lower the surface to conveyor height and slides the carton onto an adjacent conveyor for taping and shipping.
• Dual-operator configuration positions two work zones at opposite angles of the station, doubling throughput within the same floor footprint.
