Wire Harness Board Frames
Model PHF3672 offers electric height-adjustability and a manual tilt mechanism that allows the deck and harness board to be tilted manually from flat to straight up-and-down. With the deck frame pivoted in its center, the harness board remains balanced and is easy to tilt. This full range of motion allows operators to sit or stand for tedious tasks. User-friendly motor adjustability makes it easy to vertically position a large wire harness board or panel in a matter of seconds. Frame position can be changed without removing work in process. Affordable cost, a wide range of adjustability, and user-friendly operation enable this frame to provide a healthier work environment, improve operator productivity and pay for itself in a relatively short period of time.

The BOSTONtec Harness/Panel Frame is the result of three years of cooperative development with several major wire harness fabricators. The electric drive provides 36" of vertical adjustability with the board positioned in either the horizontal or vertical position.
