Plans, organizes, and directs engineering staff and functions related to the design, development and/or improvement of products. Serves as a working manager, carrying out engineering functions in addition to managing / leadership responsibilities.
As a key member of the customer-facing team, the Product Manager is responsible for advancing the company’s strategic plan for revenue growth through planning and execution of the product lifecycle of Case Systems’ / BOSTONtec’s manufactured and complimentary buyout product lines. Continually assesses the current product line relevance and sets the long-term vision and strategy for all company product lines. Communicates the strategy to all relevant participants and stakeholders. Oversees and facilitates cross-functional activities dedicated to the design, build and launch of products that support and promote the Case Systems / BOSTONtec brand, vision and strategy. Ensures revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
