Assembly

This table is designed for a mechanical assembly operation. The table is placed perpendicular to a powered roller conveyer. A large chassis, mounted on a pallet, moves along the conveyor and is easily pulled onto the table from the right side. Movement onto the table is facilitated by retractable ball transfers in the work surface that are raised up to transfer the chassis. When the chassis is in the center of the table, the ball transfers are retracted back into the surface and the chassis settles down firmly onto the table's surface. Because it can be difficult to reach to install the required mechanical components, the surface can be tilted for easier access. The table can be adjusted up or down and the center section can be tilted to make the difficult assembly task easier to perform, all electrically with the touch of a button. Safety stops are provided on the back, side and front to prevent the chassis from accidentally sliding off the table.

These down draft tables are built with surrounding walls for sound damping and reduction of noise from grinding parts.

Fulfillment

This rolling corrugate storage rack is used to store collapsed card board boxes within easy reach of operators.

This mechanical assembly workstation has incorporated a small flow rack system for easy collection of empty containers by inventory supply personnel.

This corrugate storage cart allows for larger, flat box storage either under the table or along the side of the table.

This table is designed for use with a scale. The scale is mounted flush with the work surface to allow the worker to slide the item onto the scale using minimal lifting.

Laboratory

This workstation encompasses a back-to-back design for use in computer laboratories and features a customized lockable laptop computer drawer.

Other

This custom workstation was built for use with an unusually low range of adjustability to restore artwork.
