Our Midland Michigan furniture manufacturing company has increased capacity with the addition of two LVDKW laser cutting cells while improving quality of our ergonomic furniture products by building more flexibility into our custom ergonomic furniture manufacturing operations. Each laser computer controlled furniture cutting laser cell can load, cut, unload and reload unattended. The BOSTONtec ergonomic furniture welding department employs MIG, TIG, and spot welding technologies. BOSTONtec ergonomic furniture manufacturing frames are shipped assembled on a pallet. Each ergonomic work bench and electric lift table base is shipped with its work bench surface mounted, and ergonomic work station drawers and under work surface shelving installed. Ergonomic Furniture customers on site assembly has been reduced to a minimum, simplifying setup and reducing both the time and cost of ergonomic furniture installation.
